He completed the marketing master education in Marketing and Digital Technologies at University of California, Berkeley. He received a bachelor’s degree in Business Management, mainly in marketing, at Istanbul University – Faculty of Business. He also studied academic language and studio photography at W.Rice University.

He received long-term technology and international marketing trainings and certificates from different institutions and organizations such as Microsoft, Ministry of National Education, Google, IBM, Marmara University, Boğaziçi University, York Trade. He wrote Digital Photography and Communication Technologies books; These books were published in the same year from different publishers. Digital Photography was the first book in its field written by a Turkish author. Capital, Brandmap, Economist, Digitalage, Para, Mediacat, Marketing Turkiye, Export, Entrepreneurship, Hurriyet, many newspapers and magazines are also published his articles about brand and digital marketing.

Erkan Terzi, who has been working nationally / Turkey and internationally in the field of Marketing and Digital Interactive Solutions for nearly 20 years, has worked as a specialist and manager in brand marketing and digital marketing in Istanbul and San Francisco for Koç Allianz, Aksigorta, Comcast Spotlight, Simfer, Ziylan Group brands. At the same time, he prepared consultancy and strategy plans for many companies and brands such as T-Mobile, ESI, Mekappa, Marketing Türkiye, Arçelik, both domestically and abroad. In 2015, he started to work as Digital Marketing Manager at LG Electronics Company; then as Director of Brand & Digital Marketing has continued to serve until March, 2021.

Erkan Terzi is married and has two children. He continues his working in the field of Marketing and Digital Technologies. Currently, he is preparing a special book on branding / digital marketing; marketing approaches in Turkey and the world. Also he is studying at the MIT Sloan School.
